5. No Endorsement: The gift or promotional item offered by The Ministry is not an endorsement or representation of any product, service, or organization. 

6. Disclaimer of Liability: The Ministry disclaims any and all liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use, acceptance, or possession of the gift or promotional item. 

7. Modification or Termination: The Ministry reserves the right to modify or terminate the gift or promotional item offer at any time, with or without notice. 

By accepting the gift or promotional item, the donor agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. If the donor does not agree to these terms and conditions, the donor should not accept the gift or promotional item.
